Resolutions Checkpoint 2014: February

Hey there March, how's it going?

At the start of February I gave myself some tasks to complete towards each of my three 2014 resolutions. They are reproduced below, with the following key to track progress:
   Bold = Completed task
Italicized + Bold = Completed task not originally on February's list (bonus points!)
   Normal = Not completed :/

-- Progress in February --

1. Digestive health

  • Take probiotics every day
  • Take glutamine every day
  • Buy more vegetables when I grocery shop, even if I don't know what it is
    • Did this a lot since it was on my mind - made many soups by just chopping everything up and throwing it together in a big pot I bought
  • Add 5 blogs to my "Health" folder in Feedly (reader)

2. Health site

  • Publish health history post
  • Publish four additional posts
    • I published two additional posts

3. Non 9-5 work

  • Finish reading An Introduction to Web Design
  • Complete Web Fundamentals course on Code Academy
    • I've completed 86%
  • Explore reddit's Work Online page
  • Applied and accepted as an InstaEDU tutor
Note: I am also open to seasonal jobs in the future, rather than a completely online-based, non 9-5 source of income.

Background goals

  • Continue core/push-ups every day (using Lift to track progress)
    • After my Thailand trip I never got back into the rhythm
  • Do yoga at least once a week
    • Only did it once the first week, then it fell to the wayside
  • Post Korea bucket list on blog

-- Background Goals --

And here's my overall progress on those bits and pieces that would be great to accomplish this year as well:
  • Read 32 books this year (2 in Spanish)
    • I've read 8/32 books -- (One in Spanish)
  • Gain strength & muscle, enough that there's a notable difference in a before and after picture
    • Didn't work much towards this goal in February...
  • Add pull-down tabs to both of my Blogger blogs
  • Walk the Camino de Santiago
  • Visit Hannah and Herm in London
    • Asked for good dates, waiting for Herm's parents to figure out when they're visiting London first.
  • Make a Korea bucket list and post it (and do it!)
  • Unplug more often
  • Resume French study
    • I'm doing Duolingo's French even more often than last month

-- March Focus --

Some action items to complete in March, so that I stay on track:

1. Digestive health

  • Take probiotics and glutamine every day
  • 10 push-ups before eating any chocolate
    • (I'm not ready to cut out chocolate completely yet, but this new rule should make me less likely to eat it. My stomach has trouble digesting chocolate, which is why I'm trying to stop. But I love it and always have cravings...)

2. Health site

  • Publish 4 posts this month, one every Tuesday
  • Share a post on a forum / G+ Community
  • Add "Contact" page to site

3. Non 9-5 work

  • Complete Web Fundamentals course on Code Academy
  • Complete CSS Buttons project on Code Academy
  • Create Helpouts listing (my invitation expires 4/1/14)

Background goals

  • 10 push-ups before eating chocolate, 5 push-ups before every half-hour of television/movie
  • Do at least 30 min. of yoga on Wednesdays
  • Do two Korea bucket list items

Do you remember what resolutions (if any) you made in 2014? What's one small step you can take this week to get you closer to your resolutions?
