One of my favorite blogs I started following this year is that of James Clear. James Clear is an entrepreneur, weightlifter, and travel photographer. He writes about "science-based ideas for living a better life and building habits that stick." He publishes two posts on his blog every week, always on Mondays and Thursdays.
